Performing AastraLink Backup and Restore Tasks

Backing Up AastraLink System Software

Use the following procedure to back up the AastraLink System Software.

AastraLink Web UI

Step Action

1Select Maintenance->Backup & Restore

2To start the backup process for the AastraLink Pro 160, click <Backup Now>

The backup process begins and runs as a background task. Depending on the number configured extensions (and amount of stored voicemail), this could take up to 30 minutes.

When the backup file is ready, the Web UI display the following menu:

3Click <Download Backup File>, then use your browser’s “Save As” feature to download the backup file and save it to your local PC.

The backup file format is “.abf”
