Configuring User Groups

Deleting a User Group

Warning: If you delete a User Group, voicemails for the group become inaccessible (but are not removed). Therefore, you must ensure that the voice mailbox is emptied before a group is deleted.

Use the following procedure to delete a User Group.

AastraLink Web UI

Step Action

1Select Users->Groups

2Click on the checkbox(s) for the user group that you want to delete.

3Click <Delete Selected Groups>

4When prompted, click <Yes> to confirm your action.

The user group you deleted no longer appears on the user group list.
