Entering Your Identi®cation Information

The following pages show you how to enter your name or company name, your fax number, and the date and time, and how to select the type of telephone line connected to your MultiPASS C50.

FUNCTION 1. Press FUNCTION.

1 2 2. Use or to select USER SETTINGS, then press START/COPY.

DATE & TIME

3. Press START/COPY once more.

JThe currently set date and time appear.

4.Use the numeric buttons to type in the correct date and time.

J Use the DD/MM YY format for the date and use the 24-hour clock for the time, so 2:38 p.m. would be 14:38, for example.

5. Press START/COPY to save the date and time.

6.Press START/COPY again and enter your fax/telephone number using the numeric buttons.

JYou can enter up to 20 digits for your fax/telephone number.

JYou can enter spaces with the button to make the number easier to read.
