Make sure you are using the parallel cable supplied with the MultiPASS C50 unit. See page
The interface cable may be too long.
You may not be using the correct printer driver.
Make sure your parallel cable is less than 2 metres long.
Make sure you have selected the MultiPASS C50 Printer Driver in the Printer's dialog box or from your application's printer dialog. See the MultiPASS Desktop Manager User's Guide.
You may not have the best media type selected.
Try selecting Coated Paper for the Media Type rather than Plain Paper. See the MultiPASS Desktop Manager User's Guide.
