Security Features

The Broadmore provides the following security features:
User ID and password authentication
Four levels of user privileges for ac cessing command functions
Configuration activity audit trails
Enable/disable SNMP and ICMP messages
SNMPv3 USM/VACM
Log-in Banner for special user instructions
Only the Network Administrator (SuperUser) can create and modify user accounts, set
access privileges, and monitor user activity audit trails. The Broadmore requires that
users log into the Broadmore through Telnet and FTP.
NOTE: Be sure to use the appropriate fonts and screen settings to
maintain the proper screen appearance.
