Description The NIM IOM provides a physical interface to an
external clock, givi ng the option of synchronizing the
Broadmore 1750 master clock to an external source.
BITS timing is provided to the Broadmore 1750 via the
NIM IOM. In a redundant system, BITS clock may be
provided to each NIM IOM.
Connectors NIM IN – BNC connector reserved for future use.
NIM OUT – BNC connector reserved for future use.
BITS – RJ48C connector for BITS input clock.
Jumpers BITS impedance matching jumpers located on th e
component side of the circuit board provide selection
of 100 ohms, 75 ohms, or no termination.
