signaling and control circuits on the E and M Trunkcard.

Microcontroller
The E and M Trunkcard contains a microcontroller that controls the inter nal
operation of the card. The microcontroller provides the following functions:
•card-identification
•self-test
•control of card operation
•maintenance diagnostics
