The Installation Wizard consists of four steps, each of which appears on a separate window. For a new installation, follow the Wizard
1Basic Card Settings – use this window when getting started. The
Administrator must enter the time zone of the ICB card.
2Access Numbers – select the dialing method (that is, direct meeting or
3Define First User – define at least one user in order to perform sanity tests, such as scheduling conferences and placing calls. This step eliminates the need to go to a separate window to define a user after finishing using the Wizard, just to perform some testing.
Because this step is required only during initial installation, the BUI excludes it (that is, grays it out) after a successful installation. Normal user administration is performed from a separate window in the Administration BUI.
