5 Use the generated accounting file
After you retrievedthe accounting file you can view and use the data that are
stored in the records. You can import the account log file into for example
Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access.

1StartMicrosoft Excel.
2Open the account log file that is on your system.
Microsoft Excel shows the content of the account log file: the records (see
figure 125).
Now you can process the data in the account log file.
