Note: The ‘Basename’ may contain ‘###’ for automatic filenaming. The
‘###’ willbe replaced by an ascendingnumber. Youmay place as many
dots in the ‘Base name’.
4Check or uncheck the ‘Add appropriate file extension’ check box to add or
respectively leave out an appropriate file extension. The file extension can be
set in theOcé Settings Editor see page 225.
5Click Ok to accept the settings.
Set / Change destination properties
1Select a destination.
2Open the ‘File’ menu and select ‘Properties’ or click t he ‘Properties’ button on
the toolbar (see figure 42).

Scanned files
The right pane of the Océ TDS600 Scan M anager contains the scanned files
andadditional information about the files.You can view,print and delete these
files.You can also view the file properties.
View a scanned file
1Select a filein the right pane.
2Open the ‘File’ me nu and select ‘View’ or cl ick the ‘View’ button on the
toolbar (see figure 43).

Océ ViewStation LT (see ‘OcéView Station LT’ onpage 86) starts up and
displaysthe file.
Note: When youscan to file the controllerOcé View Station LT starts
automatically, showing the result of the scan.
