Off line folding
An importantproductivityfeature provided bythe Océ TDS600 folder is the
possibilityto make off line folds. For off line folding the same settings can be
made as for normal folding. By default, t he predefined settings in the Settings
Editor for off line folding are used. Polyester or transpar ent media cannot be
folded. This may result in a media jam.
Note: Use offline folding only for sheets which do not exceed a maximum
length of 6 m. If you try to fold a sheet l onger than 6 m anyway, an error occurs.
Make off line folds
1Switchthe printer off line on the printeroperating panel and wait for the printer
to finishthe jobs that are already in the printer.
Note: Watchthe light on the top cover of the folder.
If this is off, the prin ter is on line and off line fo lding is not possible.
If thisis blinking slowly, the printer iso ffline, but the folder still processing
the last prints.
If this is blinking rapidly, an error has occurred.
If this is on, the printer is off line and you can feed a sheet.
Note: Also refer to the sticker on the top cover of the folder.
