Printer operator panel
The printer operator panel consists of a number of buttons a nda graphical
display (seefigure 4). At the top of the panel is an indicator(a light) which
starts flashing when operator inter vention is required.

Display

The graphical(LCD) display offersfeedback about the currentprinter status.
It providesyou with the following information:
■Status information (e.g. ‘Preparing for run’ or ‘Ready to print’).
Duringnormal operation the followingmessage types may appear:
Status/actionmessage: indicates the actual status of the printer plus the
action tobe taken, e.g. ‘Roll empty. Feed A2, plainpaper’.
Warning message: during a warning message the pr inter will continue to
