Actions from the Océ Scan Manager
The Océ TDS600 Océ Scan Man ager enables you to make settings regarding
scanto file. Youcan edit and view the destinationproperties. Youcan also view
the properties of scanned files.

Destinations

A destination is a place where you s can your file to. Youcan create, delete and
lock destinations.You can also define automatic filenamingto ensure your
files get the desired names.
Adestination can also be a file serveror a PC of an end user. It isb etterto select
remote destinations instead of the local ones. The local de stinations are
temporary and cannot contain a lot of scan files.

1Select ‘Destinations’in the tree view.
2Open the ‘File’ menu and sel ect ‘New’ or click on the ‘New’ button on the
toolbar(see figure 39).
