▼Preparethe reinforcement knives for cleaning
1Press the on line button on the printer operating pane lt o put the printer off line.
The message ‘Off line’ is displayed inthe status window.
2Press the left select ion button to shift the foc us to the Foldingmenu.
A shadowe ffectis used to indicate that the focus is set to this menu.
3Select the Special option from the Fold ing menu.
4Press theright selection button start activate theKnife op tion.
The followinginformation is nowdisplayed in the panel display:

Note: When a job is running, the message ‘Job interrupted’appea rs. The
machine stopsrunning after it has correctly finished the prints thatwere
already in the engine. Then the reinforcement knives are placed in the
correctposition.

the reinforcementunit’ on page254).
