A keyoperator can determine whethera destination canbe modified by an
anonymous user. This is done by locking and unlocking a destination.
Lock a destination
1Select a destination.
2Open the‘File’ menu and select ‘Properties’.
3Check the ‘Locked’ check box.
4Click Ok to accept the destinationsettings.
The destination properties are now lo cked.
Note: This option is only available if you are logged on as a Key operator (see
‘User modes’ on page 117).
Unlock a destination
1Select a destination.
2Open the‘File’ menu and select ‘Properties’.
3Uncheckthe ‘Locked’ check box.
4Click Ok to accept the destinationsettings.
The destination properties are now u nlocked.
Note: This option is only available if you are logged on as a Key operator (see
‘User modes’ on page 117).
Delete a destination
1Select a destination.
2Open the‘File’ menu and select‘Delete’ or click the ‘Delete’button on the
toolbar(see figure 41).

The selected destination is del eted.
Note: Thisoption is only available if you arelogged on as a Key operatoror
as a Repro operator.
Note: Youare not able to delete the las t destination.
Define file name
1Select a destination.
2Open the‘File’ menu and select ‘Properties’.
The ‘Destination pro perties’ screen appea rs as in figure 40 on page 79 .
3Enter a name in the ‘Ba se name’ textbox.
