The focus is shifted to the Media option (indicated by the shadow effect).
2Use the Up/Down buttons to select the roll or sheet feeder for which you have
just loaded new media.
3Press theright selection button to activatethe Mat. (Material) option.
The dotted line around the current sel ection is changed into an uninterrupted
line and the small selectiontriangles next to the specified material are no
longer dimmed.
4Use the Up/Downbuttons to select the material you just loaded.
5Press the on line button to put the printer on line again. The printer now knows
whichmaterial is used for the specified rollor sheet feeder.

1Press the on line button on the printer operat ing panel to put the printer off line.
The message ‘Off line ’ is displayed in the sta tus window.
2Press the left selectionbutton to shift the focus to the Media option.
A shadow effect is used to indicate that the focus is set to this option .
3Use the Up/Down buttonsto select the Manual option.
4Press theright selection button to activatethe Mat. (Material) option.
