4 How to retrieve the account files
The accountlog files are storedin the logging directoryof the controller.You
canretrieveyour files from the localhost via File TransferProtocol (FTP). FTP
can be done:
1via aninternet browser or
2via a dos box.

1Start an internet browser
2Enterthe ftp address of the Océ TDS600 system (see ‘Host name’ on
page 220).
Note: Youset the name of the system in the Settings Editor.
The browser shows the ftp directori es on the Océ TDS600 system (see
figure 123).
3Browse to the ‘Accounting’ directory.
The accounting log files are shown (see figure 124).
4Savethe accounting log filesto any destination on your system. Thisis usually
done by a right click on the file and then the ‘save’ option.
