History queue
The purposeof the history queue is:
■to viewthe printed jobs
■to reprint a job
The keyoperator enables the historyqueue in the Setting Editor.When the
historyqueue is enabled the printedjobs can be seen.
The key operator selects the time the jobs are stored in the histor y queue after
printing, andhow many jobs are stored in the historyq ueue.
The setting ‘Rightsfor printing’ has two values:
■'Everyone', everybody can print or reprint j obs from the ‘Inbox’ queue.
■'Special user', only the key operator or the repro ope rator can print from the
‘Inbox’ or the ‘history queue’.
Note: If you use the print job setting 'As in ticket' you nee d Océ Print Exec LT
to print the job.
