Print queue

The QueueManager displays all jobssent to the print queue in a listsorted
accordingto the order in whichthey will be printed.
This ordering can be changed by:
■deletingjobs
■puttingjobs on hold
■restarting jobs currently on hold
■moving jobs to top (if advanced Queue m anagement is enabled)
■This list will be automatically updated.
Note: Queueoperations can only be performedwhen you are properly
authorized. Before you can use the Queue Manager in a different mode, you
first have to enter a password to get the required access

▼Delete print jobs
1Select thedesired job(s) by clicking on it/them.
Note: Youcan select a consecutive list of jobs to be deletedby clicking on
thefirst job, holdingdown the Shift keyand clicking onthe last job. Youcan
select a non-consecutive l ist of jobs to be deleted by clicking on each
desiredjob while holding down theCtrl key.
Note: Todelete a job from a remote client, you need repro operator,key
operator or system administrator right s.
2Click on the Delete button .
A cross iconis displayed in front of the job and a confirmationwindow will
nowbe displayed.
Note: Consider carefullybefore you use the Delete button. A delete
operationcannot be undone.
