Tracking Information on the Internet
•You can track your mail after 24 hours on the internet using your Pitney Bowes Postage By Phone account number and the barcode number. Go to the site:
www.pb.com
Go to “Tools and Tracking” and look for USPS Delivery Confirmation.
•You can also track your mail by going to the U.S. Postal Service web site at:
www.usps.com

Services Before
Printing Postage
Adding Services or Making Changes
•If you have already printed postage on your piece of mail and you decide afterward you want to add a service, follow the instructions in the section Add Postage and/or Change the Date in this chapter.
•If you need to add more postage to cover the confirmation services, refer to the section Add Postage and/or Change the Date in this chapter.
•If you realize you have put the wrong barcode on a piece of mail or package, you can change it as long as you have not sent the records to Pitney Bowes. Follow the instructions in this chapter for Editing, Deleting or Sending Confirmation Services Records.
USPS Confirmation Services are available when you are in the Attached Scale mode, Manual Weight Entry mode, or Differential Weighing mode. For more information, refer to Select the Postage Mode section in this chapter.
