Press Enter. The system transfers the amount and displays a screen of the accounts and amount transferred.

OR

To NOT transfer the funds, select Don’t Transfer.

How To Transfer Pieces

1.Follow steps 1 through 7 of How To Transfer Funds from One Account to Another above.

2.Select Transfer Piece Count. The system displays a screen of the same accounts and prompts you to “Enter Number of Pieces to Transfer.”

3.Enter the number of pieces or select Transfer Entire Piece Count and press Enter.

The system displays a screen of the from/to accounts and the piece count of the transfer.

4.To complete the transfer, select Transfer XXX. Press Enter. The system transfers the pieces and displays a screen showing the transaction.

To NOT transfer the funds, select Don’t Transfer.

If you have multiple mailing systems, the Station ID provides you with a way of identifying each system so that you can tell which system your report is about.

How to Set the Station ID

1.Press the Accounts key.

2.Press the right arrow key to enter the “Set Up Account” screen.

3.Scroll down and select Set Station ID.

4.Type in a unique alphanumeric identification, up to two digits in length and press Enter.
