How to Select or Deselect an Inscription

1.Press the Menu key.

2.Select Meter Stamp Options.

3.Select Inscription.

4.Select an inscription for the display.

5.The inscription appears next to the meter stamp in the display.

Meter Stamp

Options:

Print Position

Use this feature to move the position of the meter stamp away from the right edge of the envelope. Some countries’ postal services require this repositioning of the meter stamp.

When you change the print position, the meter stamp prints in the new position for all mail runs, until you select another position.

How to Select the Meter Stamp Position

1.Press the Menu key.

2.Select Meter Stamp Options.

3.Select the Print Position option that is appropriate for your country.

4.Use the left and right arrow keys to switch between the possible positions (1-9, where 1 is closest to the right edge).
