Mail Transport System (continued)

Mail Transport Jam

•Piece of mail is too thick.

•Feeder adjustment is set too high.

•Pieces of mail are the incorrect size for the mailing system.

If mail is jammed at the feeder entry:

1.Lift cover.

2.Lift up the upper drive release lever to raise the upper drive assembly.

3.Remove the piece of mail.
