7. Test Port Input Frequency Response
25 When the analyzer displays the message , POWER METER CALIBRATION
SWEEP DONE, connect the equipment as shown as in Figure4-13.

26 Press MEAS, INPUT PORTS, A.
27 Press MARKER, MARKER 1, MARKER FCTN, MARKER MODE MENU, MKR SEARCH,
SEARCH:MIN.
28 Press MARKER, MARKER 2, MARKER FCTN, MARKER MODE MENU, MKR SEARCH,
SEARCH:MAX.
29 Write the marker 1 or marker 2 reading, whichever has the larger absolute
magnitude, in the Performance Test Record.
30 This completes the Test Port Input Frequency Respons e procedure if your
analyzer does not have Option 006. Otherwise, continue with the next sections.
Power Meter Calibration for Test Port 2 from 3 GHz to 6 GHz
31 Replace the power sensor with the Agilent8481A, and then setup the power
meter:
If the power meter is an Agilent438A, press LCL.
If the power meter is an Agilent437B, press PRESET/LOCAL.
If the power meter is an Agilent436A, cycle the line power.
32 Connect the equipment as shown in Figure 4-14.
