8.4 Observable Symptoms of Failure

Introduction

In addition to the error message prompts, there are observable symptoms of failure that can be identified by noting the erratic recorder functions.

Symptoms

Compare your recorder’s symptoms with those shown in Table 8-5and refer to the indicated subsection for the appropriate troubleshooting procedure.
