Version 2 Release 1.0 Summary
TME 10 OPC Version 2 Release 1 became generally available in March 1997.
Major enhancements compared to OPC/ESA Release 3.1 are described in the

Graphical User Interface for Application Description
The GUI enables a user to create, change, and view application descriptions
stored on the OPC host through an interactive interface on OS/2.
