	When the operation panel power supply (P5S of the PU connector) is shorted,
	this function shuts off the power supply output. At this time, the operation panel

Check point	Check for a short circuit in the PU connector cable.

		capacity.
Corrective action	•	Wire the cables properly.
	•	Check the setting of Pr. 251 "output phase failure protection selection".
