Setting Peak Processing parameters (spectrum data only)

To set Peak Processing parameters:

1.Click the Peak Processing tab in the Spectrum Peak Detection Setup dialog box.

The Peak Processing tab is displayed (Figure 3-5).

NOTE: You can enable the %BP Intensity Threshold

Cursor and click-drag it to adjust the %Base Peak

Intensity.

2.Set parameters as needed, then click Apply to accept the parameters and leave the dialog box open, or click OK to accept the parameters and close the dialog box.
