Use the Peptide Fragmentation toolbox when examining Voyager composite PSD spectra or Mariner in-source CID spectra to label immonium ions, identify fragment ion pairs, view sequences based on different reference peaks, and determine if a selected peak is of a specific fragment ion category.

Setup To enter Setup parameters for the Peptide Fragmentation

Toolbox macro:

1.In the Toolbox Palette dialog box, click Peptide Fragmentation Toolbox.
