Results Results are displayed in the:

•Ions table— Lists the masses for each fragment and ion type.

•Internal fragments table— Lists possible internal sequences, if you enabled this option in the Options dialog box (see Figure 6-16 on page 6-27).

Click Clear Table Info to clear results. You can change options and recalculate ion fragmentation results.
