4.Select a calibration reference file. For information on creating a reference file, see Section 5.3.3, Creating or Modifying a Calibration Reference File (.REF).

5.Enter reference matching and calibration criteria:

•Minimum Intensity— Peaks must be above this intensity to be considered a match. Select the unit for Minimum Intensity, % Relative Intensity or Absolute Counts.

•Mass Tolerance— Peaks must be within this tolerance of the theoretical m/z to be considered a match. Select the unit, m/z or ppm.
