6.7.4 Running a Macro

You can run a macro using a:

•Toolbar button

•Menu command

Using a toolbar buttonUsing the menu command

To run a macro using the toolbar button:

1.Open the data file on which you want to run the macro.

2.Click the button assigned to the macro you want to run.

Hint: Place the cursor on a macro button to display the name of the macro assigned to the button.

The macro executes.

To run a macro using the menu:

1.Open the data file on which you want to run the macro.

2.From the Tools menu, select Macros.

The Macros dialog box (Figure 6-25)is displayed.
