CommandDLT-USER-SECU

Deletes (removes) an existing user from the system.

SyntaxDLT-USER-SECU:[<tid>]:<uid>:<ctag>;

Edits the date and/or time of the ONS 15216 EDFA2.

utcdate	yyyy-mm-dd	Change date to this value in universal coordinated time (UTC),
		which is the same as Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) Modifies
		cerent15216EdfaRtcDateAndTimeGMTString. Can not be null
		if utctime is also null.
utctime	hh-mm-ss	Change time to this value in universal coordinated time (UTC),
		which is the same as Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). (A time
		zone can not be set using TL1.) Modifies
		cerent15216EdfaRtcDateAndTimeGMTString. Can not be null
		if utcdate is also null.
