Removal and Installation - Service Station (T1100/T1100ps/T610)

8. Loosen the T-10 uncapping screw sufficiently so you can manually move the

Carriage Assembly in step 8.

If you are uncapping a 44 inch printer, you will need to use either a very long or very short screwdriver to loosen the uncapping screw. In this way, you can loosen the screw and pass the rewinder motor.

9. Push the Carriage Assembly into the print path to gain access to two T-10 screws that secure the Service Station to the Carriage Rail.

10. Remove the two allen screws that secure the Service Station to the Carriage Rail. To avoid damaging the Encoder Strip, you

can use a standard screwdriver.

Support the Service Station so it does not fall when you remove the attachment screws.
