PrintMech PCA (T1100, T1100ps, T610 ONLY)
Removal
Switch off the printer and remove the power cable.
The PrintMech PCA does not exist for:
T1120/T1120ps printers
This procedure is only for T1100, T1100ps, and T610 printers.
Never replace the Printmech PCA at the same time as the Formatter. If you must replace both parts, always replace one, restart the machine, and then follow the procedure to replace the other. For more information, refer to page Replacing the PrintMech PCA, Media Advance Encoder PCA and Formatter on page
Never use a previously used Printmech PCA. This can cause serious problems, and may make the printer unusable. See Replacing the PrintMech PCA, Media Advance Encoder PCA and Formatter on page
1. Remove the Right Cover on page
2. Disconnect all the electrical connectors from the PrintMech PCA.

3. Remove the grounding cable attachment screw from the PrintMech PCA.
