Set AvCR Minimum Sets the AvCR minimum threshold percentage. The AvCR minimum Threshold (%) threshold percentage is the minimum percentage change in bandwidth,

after which a node will inform its neighbors of a significant change via a PTSE. For more information on PTSE regeneration, see “PTSE” on page 190 in the Operations Guide. A change to the AvCR minimum threshold percentage value takes place after the next reboot.
