Set PTSE Lifetime Sets the PTSE lifetime factor value. The PTSE lifetime factor is the value Factor used to calculate the initial lifetime of a PTSE. The PTSE refresh interval is

multiplied by this percentage to obtain the initial lifetime factor. A change to the PTSE lifetime factor value takes place after the next reboot.
