Destinaspbtion
Youcan store your scan either in th e temporary store on the controller or on a
networkdestination.You can defineup to six destinations inthe Océ Scan
Managerapplication. Onthe scanner operator panelyou can choose one of
thesedestinations.

1Pressthe Extra key.
2Select ‘Destination’ with he or key.
3Pressthe key,to enter the ‘Destination’ menu.
4Select the needed ‘Destination’ with he or key.
5Press the Confirm key.
Note:The n ames of the destinations can be any. However, for your
convenience,you are able to define understand able nicknames in the Océ Scan
Manager application (see ‘Create a local destinat ion’ on page 86).
Checkprint
ACheck print is a print from the scanned original. You can turn Checkprint on
oroff.

1Press the Output key to select ‘file’.
2Pressthe Extra key.
3Select ‘Checkprint’ with he or key.
4Pressthe key,to enter the ‘Checkprint’ menu.
5Select ‘on’ or ‘off’ with the or key.
6Press the Confirm key.
Resolution
TheOcé TDS400 Scan Logic® option can scanthree resolutions:
■200 dots per inch (dpi)
■300 dpi
■400 dpi
Toreach the bes t print quality on the Océ TDS400 select 30 0 dpi.
