Introduction
OcéPrint Exec®Workgroup is an optionalprint job submissionapplication
which allows you to send print jobs to the Océ TDS400 through your web
browser.Enable Océ Print Exec®Workgroupwith a password in the Océ
SettingsEditor. Océ Print Exec®Workgroup allows you to do the following.
1Select and collect the files to print (documents and drawings), in a print j ob.
2Configure the print job.
3Previewthe files top rint.
4Submitthe print job.
5Checkthe print job and the printer configurationstatus.
Options
OcéPrint Exec®Workgroup has the following options.
■Viewstatus informationabout the printer configuration and availablemedia.
■Viewstatus information of submitted print jobs in the historicq ueue.
■Set the document or drawing settings.
■Set the job settings for a print job.
■Adda settings configuration for a print job.
■Adda maximum of 100 documents or drawingsto a print job.
