Tree view
Thetree view displays:
■the system name
■the collapsible destina tion tree
■the collapsible tempo rary store tree.
Ifyou scan to a particular destination,that destination is displayedb oldand the
corresponding icon changes. The destination you scanned las tto ,i sdi splayed
bold.
If for any reason a scan can not be sent to the correct remote destination, the
fileis stored in the ‘Unsent’ folder.
Tableview
The table view (on the right side of figure 17 on pag e 83) displays the file
names of the files in the opened destination or temporary folder.
Eachfile has the following information:
■Name
■Size
■Type
■Modified
■Resolution
■Imagesize.
If the currently viewed destination is the one you are scanning to, then the
scanned file appears at the end of the table. If yo u currently view another
destination than the one you are scanning to, then the scanned to destination is
displayed bold.
Itis possible that there are more files in the table than fit on screen. The most
recent scanned file appears at the end of the table . Under these circumstances
it is possible that your most recent scanned file is not visible in the table on
screen. In this case you can update the table v iew.
