Mirror-image copies
Youcan make a mirror-image copy o f an original, as shown in the next figure:

1Press the Extra key.
2Select ‘Paper copy’ with the or key.
3Press the keyto enter the ‘Paper copy’ menu.
4Select ‘Mirror’ with the or key.
5Press the keyto enter the ‘Mirror’ menu.
6Select‘on’ or ‘off with the or key.
7Press the confirm key.
Release original
Fororig inals on thinner types of media you ca n enable Release original. With
Release original enabled the original w ill be fully released after it isscan ned.
1Press the Extra key.
2Select ‘Scanner’ with the or key.
3Press the keyto enter the ‘Scanner’ menu.
4Select ‘Release orig.’with the or key.
5Press the keyto ente rthe ‘R elease orig.’men u
6Select ‘on’ or ‘off’ with the or key.
7Press the Confirm key.
8Make other settings if required.
9Feed the original.
10 Press the Start key.
The original is fully released after the scanner has comple ted its scan run.
