GraphicalUser Interface The Graphical User Interface (GUI ) consists of a

screen, a mouse, a keyboard and software. You use the screen, mouseand

keyboardto interactwith the graphical user interface of the controller.With the

GUI you can perform Key Operator and System Administrator tasks in a

graphical way.Setting s are visible within one window so that it is much easier

toview and change them.

TheOcé Scan Manager is an application available only locally on the

controller. Witht he Océ Scan Manager you can:

■increaseyour productivity with automatic filenaming

■viewthe scans

Adobe®PostScript®3/P DF TheOcé TDS400 fully supports Adobe®

PostScript®3.For Japanese 5 extra fonts are optional. They c an be enabled

witha password in the Océ Settings Editor.

and send a set of prints or drawing files to an Océ TDS printer. You can send

thesetti ngs for these jobs from your workstati on, using your web browser. For
