Paper series
Youmust enter the paper seri es that you use in the printer. Choose between:
■DIN
■DINCARTO
■Only 8.5 inch
■Mix 8.5/9 inch
▼Toset a paper series
1Pressthe On-line key to put the printer off-line.
2Select the ‘Configuratio n’ item with the or key.
3PressNext/select to enter the ‘Configuration’ menu.
4Select ‘Paper series’ with the or key.
5Press Next/select to enter the ‘Paper series’ menu.
6Select the required paper series with the or key.
7PressNext/select to confirm.
8PressOn-line to put the printer on-line again.
Clear set memory
Theset memory in dicates the available memory. If an error occurs, for example
theset memory reaches its limits, you must clear the set memory.

1Pressthe On-line key to put the printer off-line.
2Select the ‘System’item with the or key.
3PressNext/select to enter the ‘System’ menu.
4Enter the password to get access.
5Selectthe ‘Clear setmem’ item with the or key.
6PressNext/select to enter the ‘Clear setmem’ menu.
7Select ‘Yes’or ‘No’ with the or key.
8PressNext/select to confirm the setting.
9PressOn-line to put the printer on-line again.
10 Turn‘off’ and ‘on’ the controller.
Diagnostic mode
The Diagnostic mode is only meant for the Océ service technician.
