Menu bar
The menu bar of the Océ Settings Editor contains the following menus:
File Ifyo u select the ‘File’ menu you can log on as a particular type of user,
logoff from the previously selecteduser mode, open an existing setting file,
savethe current settings to a file, connect to a differentcontroller (only for
remoteusers) or exit the Océ Settings Editor.
Edit Ifyou s elect ‘Options’ from the ‘Edit’ menu, a windowis displayed in
which you can view your default system and the di splay languages (first and
second)f or the Océ Settings Editor application. The ‘Automatic logon’ option
allows you tos tart the Océ Settings Editor application automatically in the
specifieduser mode.
View The‘View’ menu allows you to switch betwe en the display languages as
definedin the Editoptions window and toswitch between KO set tings and SA
settings.
Help The‘Help’ menu contains the following options: ‘Contents of Océ
SettingsEditor’ and ‘About Océ Settings Editor’.

Toptoolbar
The top toolbar of the Océ Settings Editor con tains four control buttons:
‘Open’, ‘Save as’, ‘Apply’ and ‘Undo’.

Open When you click on the ‘Open’ button, you open a saved file.
Saveas All Key Operator andS ystemAdministrator settings can be saved in
a file. This way you can have different settings for different customers,
departmentsor other situations.
