▼Improvethe copy quality according to the type of image
1Pressthe Extra key.
2Select‘Original type’ with the or key.
3Pressthe keyto enter the ‘Originaltype’ menu.
4Select‘Lines/text’, ‘Blueprint’ or ‘Photo’ with the or key.
5Press the keyto enter the ‘Lines/text’, ‘Blueprint’ or ‘Photo’ menu.
6Select the needed original type.
7Press the confirm key.
Deliver originals after scanning
Youcanc hoosefor delivery of the original at the front (rewind)or the rear side
oft he scanner.U se the output at the rear side of the scanner if your originals
are:
■thick
■very thin
■damaged
■ina c arrier sheet.
Therewindsettingwillreturntodefaultwhen,
■the‘ cancel’ key is pressed,
■thep anel time out has exceeded.

1Pressthe Extra key.
2Select ‘Scanner’ with the or key.
3Pressthe key,to enter the ‘Scanner’ menu.
4Select‘Rewind original’ with the or key.
5Press the key,to enter the ‘Rewind original’ menu.
6Select ‘on’ or ‘off’ with the or key.
7Pressthe ‘confirm’ key.
Enable automatic feed of the original
Toincrease the productivityenable Automatic feed, no need to press the Start
key,except for the firstoriginal. If you disable automatic feed you must press
theStart key.
