Stamping
Stampingis anOcé TDS4 00 option which allows you to print a p redefined text
onall your copies. Enable stamping with a passwordin the Océ Setting Editor.
Thekey operator can predefine a maximum of 10 stamps in the Océ Settings
Editor (see chapter 5, ‘Océ Power Logic®: The Settings Editor’ on page 99).
Youcan select one stamp per origi nal and you can select another colour, font
size, drawing method, legend edge or position. A stamp can consist of the
followingparts:

Howto select a stamp
1Pressthe Extra key.
2Select ‘Paper copy’ with the or key.
3Pressthe keyto enter the ‘Papercopy’ menu.
4Select‘Stamp’ with the or key.
5Pressthe keyto enter the ‘Stamp’menu.
6Select ‘Enable’ with the or key.
7Pressthe keyto enter the ‘Stamp’menu.
8Select‘on’ with the or key.
9Press the Confirm key.
10 Pressthe keytoleave the current menu.
11 Select‘Select’ with the or key.
12 Pressthe keyto enter the ‘Select’menu.
13 Selecta stamp with the or key.
14 Press the Confirm key.
