Stamping
Stamping is an Océ TDS400 option which allows you to print a predefined text on all your copies. Enable stamping with a password in the Océ Setting Editor. The key operator can predefine a maximum of 10 stamps in the Océ Settings Editor (see chapter 5, ‘Océ Power Logic®: The Settings Editor’ on page 99).
You can select one stamp per original and you can select another colour, font size, drawing method, legend edge or position. A stamp can consist of the following parts:
■predefined text
■date
■time

1 Press the Extra key.
2Select ‘Paper copy’ with the or key.
3Press the key to enter the ‘Paper copy’ menu.
4Select ‘Stamp’ with the or key.
5Press the key to enter the ‘Stamp’ menu.
6Select ‘Enable’ with the or key.
7Press the key to enter the ‘Stamp’ menu.
8Select ‘on’ with the or key.
9Press the Confirm key.
10Press the key to leave the current menu.
11Select ‘Select’ with the or key.
12Press the key to enter the ‘Select’ menu.
13Select a stamp with the or key.
14Press the Confirm key.
