Actions from the Océ Scan Manager
TheOc é Scan Manager enables you to make setting s for scan-to-file. You can
edit and view the destination properties. You can also view the p roperties of
scanned files.
Destinations
Ad estination is a location where you scan your file to.You can create, del ete
andlock destinations.You can alsod efineautomatic file naming to ensureyour
files get the desired names.
Adestination can also bea file server or a PC of an end user.It is better to select
remote destinations instead of the local ones. The local destinations are
temporaryand can only contain a limited number of scan files. Define the
‘Scanmemory reservation’ in the Océ Settings Editor.See the on-line help on
the Océ Settings Editor for more details.

1Select‘Destinations’ in the tree view.
2Open the ‘File’ menu and select ‘N ew’ or click on the ‘New’ button on the
toolbar(see Figure 19).
