User operations
TheOcé System Cont rolPane la llowsyou to pe rform the following operations:
■Make a demo print
■Printyour system configuration
■Clearthe system
■Shutdown the system

1Selectthe Demo print option in the System menu.
Ademo print is made on the printer.
▼Printyour s ystem configuration
1Selectthe Print settings option in the System menu.
Alist is printed of the current settings on theOcé Power Logic® Controller.
▼Clearthe system
1Select the Clear system op tion in the System menu to dele te all jobs.
Youcan use this option in case of a c orrupt job which can not be deleted with
thehelp of the Océ Queue Manager.
Note:This option is only availablein repro operator,key operatorand
system administrator mode. In anonymous user mode it is not pos sible to
clearthe system.

1Pressthe ‘on-line’ keyto put the printer off-line.
2Selectthe ‘System’ item with the or key.
3Press ‘next/select’ to enter the ‘System’ menu.
4Select‘Clear setmem’ with the or key.
5Enter password
6Press‘next/select’ to enter the ‘Clear setmem’ menu.
7Select the ‘on’ or ‘off’ with th e or key.
8Press ‘on-line’ to put the printer on-line again.
▼Shutdown the system
1Selectthe Shut down option in the System menu to shut down thesystem.
