System Administrator settings
TheOcé TDS400 System Administrator is responsible for:
■Ditheringmatrix and Poker settings
■Printerlanguage controller settings
■Pen settings
■AutomaticLanguage Selection (ALS) settings
■Controlleridentification settings
■Setmemory reservation settings
■Connectivitysettings.
Note:Poker stands for Portable Kernel. Poker performs automatic
interpretationof th e host language in which the data from the scan ner or in the
jobticket is encoded. Pokermakes sure that the quality between the input from
the printer driver or scanner and the output from the printer is consistent.
Pokersupports d ata compression for scan-to-file and changes raw data from
thescanner into high level file formats.
Tomodify the System Administrator settingsyou have to access the SA
settingsin the Océ Settings Editor.
