Operational, Basic, and Advanced Parameters

Parameter –	Configuration Files
ip	aastra.cfg, <model>.cfg, <mac>.cfg
Description	This parameter assigns a static IP address to the IP phone device.
	Note:
	For DHCP to automatically populate this parameter, your DHCP server must support
	Option 66.
Format	IP address
Default Value	0.0.0.0
Range	Not Applicable
Example	ip: 192.168.0.25
Parameter –	Configuration Files
subnet mask	aastra.cfg, <model>.cfg, <mac>.cfg
Description	Subnet mask defines the IP address range local to the IP phone.
	Note:
	For DHCP to automatically populate this parameter, your DHCP server must support
	Option 66.
Format	IP address
Default Value	255.255.255.0
Range	Not Applicable
Example	subnet mask: 255.255.255.224
Parameter –	Configuration Files
default gateway	aastra.cfg, <model>.cfg, <mac>.cfg
Description	The IP address of the network’s gateway or default router IP address.
	Note:
	For DHCP to automatically populate this parameter, your DHCP server must support
	Option 66.
Format	IP address
Default Value	1.0.0.1
Range	Not Applicable
Example	default gateway: 192.168.0.1
